Vikki Ede talked to Penny Foxwell from Plot and Pantry to find out how she turned her life around after traumatic times by growing her own food.  Penny is now expert at growing, cooking and preserving food from her garden and will soon be starting a PFFA workshop to teach you the skills and help you to become self-sufficient.
