Don’t let fear be a distraction

Fear narratives cloud our thinking, so try to steer clear from the fear agenda by looking for positive solutions.
It’s been quite a couple of weeks hasn’t it and things appear to have gone a bit crazy!
We’ve got issues with farmers and IHT, ports being blockaded and farmers protests around the UK and in London.
We’ve got petitions being started for all sorts of issues and gaining thousands of signatures by the minute and social media feeds full to bursting with posts and videos from all kinds of folk discussing these issues.
More and more layers seem to be being added to the current farming fiasco with the introduction of the food additive Bovaer into the dairy industry being discussed.
Organic farming does not allow extra additives. You should build a relationship with your local farmer or food producer to find out their ethos on their food production methods.
The amount of energy being put into these conversations is wild! But is discussing these matters online a good placement of your energies?
Wouldn’t it be more productive for people to take real positive action?
In reality, we have no real idea of what’s “true” or “false” and a lot of these issues take up so much time and energy as mere distractions that can instill fear and prevent us from uniting and creating real positive change.
